How is a glazed flower pot made?

Our TS Glazed range consists of handmade flower pots with a glossy top layer. The pots are not guaranteed to be 100% waterproof. Our trendy glazed flower pots are always made of ceramic. The base of each pot is real natural clay with a beautiful porous structure. Once the pot has its shape, the glazing process can begin. Depending on the technique, this is before and/or after firing. Over the years, we have added different techniques for obtaining the glossy top layer on our Glazed pots. This allows us to apply a suitable method of 'glazing' for each design. Elegant designs with different colours and drip structures are dipped in baths of glazed paint. Glazed flower pots with the famous craquelé effect are dipped in a glaze bath. Other pots are manually sprayed with a paint gun in a cool glossy colour. Still other series are given a pulver coating. This is a powder that is applied loosely to the pot, and during the firing process melts into a shiny glossy top layer. This variety in technique makes for a versatile collection of contemporary glazed indoor flower pots. Always with a stylish personal touch.
